Lines

I woke up at 12:00. Checked my facebook, one notifaction. Somebody liked my comment.
Then I moved onto blogs and checked up some of my friends' blogs which I had neglected or about 10 days now so there were some posts to read up on. Some were white text on black background, some were black text on whitebackground, some were light grey....dark grey...etc. Point is, being text, they were in lines and on a reasonably contrasting background.

After 45 minutes of continuos reading of these blogs and looked up to my (yes my, I'm in my bedroom) ceiling only to see my entire ceiling covered with alternating black and white lines no matter where I looked. If they were real, my ceiling have looked weird because the lines were not ON the ceiling, they were on my eyes. So the wall next to me or the wall on the other side of the room, the lines would still APPEAR the same distance apart if you ignore visual perceptive aids, which means the lines were equally spaced apart on my retina. There were no lines.

I was suffering from immediate past experience. No, not suffering, I was under the effects of immediate past experience. (It's a psychology unit 3 term) I love psychology 3/4. Almost as much as I love lines. Yes, I am a fan of lines or more specifically STRIPES. But that's for another post...;D

Yeah, I went to eat lunch and do chores and then piano, etc, hwk, etc so I'm posting this at 6:55 and not 12:55. So that should explain that potential question subconsciously lurking at the back of your mind.

Bye.

Wing Chun update 2

Punch combo's
Arm movements
A couple of kicks
Wooden Dummy arm twist around thing (even though I haven't got a wooden dummy)
Simultaneous limb strikes
Chain punching

and that's about it

I read up on these Wing Chun classes in Burwood. BUT the description was like "learn and practice self-defence mechanisms that can be used on the street" or something. So it's probably less martially-arty and more white-person-makes-self-defence-classes with a couple of moves used as a PRACTICAL thing, not the actual martial art =[ that's too bad I guess. =/

Still, it has an extremely convenient location and time so I might try it out....

I want a wooden dummy, if anybody gets me a random present, make it a wooden dummy, PLEASEEEE

That's all for now,

Cya.

Pink

So I was inspired, by Melissa Tiong's random topic 'pink', to blog about 'pink'.

WELL..... pink is a shade between white and red, yes? So we can express the colour 'pink' mathematically by the expression white < pink < red.

From that expression, we can say if there is a shade of bright red, it is indeed not red, it is pink, and this is why. If there is white with x quantity of black, so long as x>0 it will not be white, it will be grey.
And if there is black with y quantity of white, so long as y>0 it will not be black, it will be grey.
In the same way, if there is red with a quantity of white, so long as a>0 it will not be red, it will be pink.
And if there is white with b quantity of red, so long as b>0 it will not be white, it will too, be pink.

However, the word 'pink' often conjures up an image of something somewhat more or less halfway or so between red and white, not really close to one extreme.

Pink....not my favourite colour, I don't love it, I don't hate it, it's just another colour that appeals to female psychology more so than male psychology, regarding humankind.

I don't know, I'll probably blog again tonight.... hmmm.... what to blog about.
So incase I don't blog again,

Goodnight.
